We want you to have peace of mind when purchasing a Mount Pakenham Season Pass.

NO QUESTIONS ASKED cancellations on all 2024/25 Season Passes & Lessons until Opening Day of the season (less non-refundable processing fee). Season Passes may not be cancelled after Opening Day. Please note: due to increased vendor fees, all refunded cancellations are now subject to a non-refundable 10% processing fee.

We expect our season to run from mid-December until mid-March. We encourage all passholders to optimize the early season and get the MOST out of winter – why wait?!
